Step 2. On the website, scroll down and click on the colored box marked STUDENT
*DO NOT LOG IN UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED STEP 2.
Step 3: Make sure Pop-up Blockers are turned off. Select the MiPhy Survey from the drop down menu and click go to Survey. Login and Password information will be given to you.
